Jillian Poe, RHIT, CDIP, CCS has nearly 30 years of experience with Health Information Associates and currently serves as Director of Review Services. Throughout her career, she has held roles ranging from Coding Specialist to Review Project Manager, developing extensive expertise in inpatient coding, clinical documentation improvement, coding compliance, and audit management. Jillian works closely with healthcare organizations and coding teams to support coding accuracy, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance.
